TOO FACED CHOCOLATE BON BONS PALETTE REVIEW

Today I am excited to review Too Faced newest makeup addition:

I have actually been freelancing as a Makeup Artist for Too Faced at Macy's and Ulta, and when I learned about this launch I couldn't wait to get my hands on it!

I was so happy when my husband purchased this palette for me for Christmas!

Chocolate Bon Bons palette

Its the 3rd release from the Chocolate Bar eyeshadow collection,preceding was the original Chocolate Bar,then Semi-Sweet.

I alternate these palettes everyday,they have been my favorite shadows next to Viseart for the last year.

First of all,

The packaging is gorgeous..it's PINK! 

Like all of Too Faced products,their presentation is so cute and girly.

Its smells like chocolate,it's infused with antioxidant rich Cocoa powder pigments which apply very smooth and creamy.

The shades are neutral with pops of color,making it great for everyday use.

It has quickly become my favorite palette.

I really like the new heart shaped pans,it adds an extra feminine flair!

I will soon do a Youtube video review swatching the shades.

It's $49, same pricing as the others.

It's well worth it in my opinion as it will last a long time with the pigmentation being so rich.

ROSE HIPS BLACK SOAP DEEP-PORE FACIAL WASH

It's an incredible face wash that truly does what it says.

I was amazed how it literally cleared out the pores in my nose and chin! 

The secret to its effectiveness is the African Black Soap,combined with Rose Hip oil.

It's for all skin types and especially helps with problematic Acne skin.

I like the fact that it's natural ingredients and not harsh chemicals.

Black African Soap has been used as a natural remedy since ancient times.

The only thing I noticed when I used this,is that it does make my face more dry and a bit red.

(Its a natural side effect) since the product is drawing out the impurities in the skin.

It's a small price to pay for when I rehydrate my skin with the Shea Terra oil,its plump and healthy looking.

This is the one product the creator of the brand,Tammie told me she can't live without.

I can definitely see why!

For only $18 ,it's a life changing product that gives you immediate results!

After cleansing my face in the shower,

I apply the RWANADAN MARACUJA COLD PRESSED OIL.

It's surprisingly lightweight and sinks it the skin.

It's 100% pure cold-pressed from unrefined passionfruit seeds,and is more emollient than Argan oil.

It makes my skin glow,without feeling greasy or too heavy.

With the purchase of this oil,proceeds go back to the Rwanadan community who grow the Vitamin C rich Passionfruit,and helps support them.

I love this brand and I will be purchasing more products soon!

AVEDA VOMAR TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS REVIEW

Hi friends!

I have an exciting,different type of review for you today.

Recently,I was selected as a model for a new hair extension system Aveda created,called Vomar Tape-In.

It was at Level Salon in South Tampa.

The salon ambience was so delightful,they offered me a drink and were so welcoming.

Nic was very cordial and delightful!

I normally use clip-ins,halo couture hair extensions,and I've also tried Microlink which weren't ideal for my hair type..I couldn't sleep well in them and they ripped out my hair.

I had surgery on my scalp three different times,leaving scarring and causing my hair to grow in thinner,not to mention I've always been bleaching and coloring my hair since I was 13,so needless to say it's taken a beating so I've opted for hair extensions to give me the volume and length that I've desired.

I've heard of tape-ins as I have a few friends who do them and love them,so I figured why not give it a try!

With the new Aveda system,they have two lengths to choose from,12"and 16".

I went for the 12" so it would look more natural and be easier to maintain.

We chose a mixture of a light golden blonde to blend it with my hair.

This is what some of the hair looks like before application;cut into sections to blend in nicely.

These are the final results!

Nic also curled my hair and I love how it came out! 

It feels weightless,and gives you perfect length and volume.

I've received many compliments;the tape ins look and feel very natural..people couldn't even tell!

I would highly recommend trying The Vomar system,the price is inexpensive compared to other types of hair extensions,and are minimally damaging to the hair as opposed to keratin bonded extensions.

MAC COSMETICS MARILYN MONROE COLLECTION HAUL AND REVIEW!

The M.A.C Marilyn Monroe collection is amazing!

It consists of some Iconic lipsticks,eyeshadows,blushes,glosses,beauty powder,and nail polishes.

This collection truly captured her beauty,and showcases the reason she was an Iconic celebrity.

My favorite product from the entire collection was the beauty powder,in Forever Marilyn.

It was soft whitish-pink colour,to compliment and brighten any complexion.

The packaging features never before seen photographs of Marilyn,prior to this collection release.

I think it would be hard for any company to try to top this collaboration!

TARINA TARANTINO DOLLSKIN CHEEK PALETTE

I was in need of new blushes 

(who am I kidding-I need a blush like a hole in my head haha)

and came across this.

This set contains:

                                                        Candy Cameo (shimmery pink) 

Feather (shimmery peach) 

Carved Rose (cool vivid pink) 

Parasol (shimmery pink/ peach) 

These are softer colors,yet still quite pigmented.

This palette is universal for all skin tones,but will probably work more as a highlighter on darker complexions.

It is an excellent value considering the individual dollskin blushes are $25.

The palette design is very elegant,and the size a little bulky for travel but would be great for freelance work.

Overall,this is a cute,functional palette with versatile colours.

The luminous hues of sunset are now captured in one elegant highlighting face powder. Subtle gradations of rose, coral and peach can be applied on their own or blended together to highlight and sculpt the face or achieve an overall warmth and radiance.

This powder instantly captured my attention by the gradation of the warm tones.

The price tag is a bit steep,but Chanel ensures quality products.

The compact comes encased in a velvet pouch,as well as the blush brush.

The nice thing is you can use these colours blended,or individually.

When swatched on the skin with the colors mixed,it gives a warm pinky-peach luminous sheen,buildable to an actual blush,especially on fair complexions.

It will work more as a highlighter against darker complexions.

The compact reminds me of Bobbi Brown's shimmerbricks,without the noticeable shimmer.

I am glad to add this to my collection,as nothing I have now compares to the beauty of this.

Lush Honey I washed the Kids scent is the most amazing scent ive ever smelled. Its Honey,Toffee,Caramel infused with sweet orange oil.
Its one of Lush's best selling scents.
I instantly became addicted,and now I have the soap,solid perfume,and most recently, the limited edition liquid perfume.
Its simply liquid heaven in a bottle!
I purchased mine at a special Lush party,and my Lush store only had the special limited fragrances for one day;however they have some online which are selling quick!
Being at Lush is like being a kid in a candy store..theres so many delightful,delicious products!
I love that the company is cruelty-free,and has tons of natural,vegan ingredients. If you haven't been--you must go to Lush and experience the ambience!
