THE MAKEUP SHOW ORLANDO 2013!

The Makeup Show Orlando was amazing!

I think it was even better than last year.

This is the second year they've had it in Orlando.

I was invited as Press this year,and got to attend the Blogger's Preview Night on Friday the 27th.

It was amazing hearing James Vincent speak,he is so inspirational and is the director of artistry relations for The Makeup Show.

They even gave a us a goodie bag full of James favorite products,which I can't wait to do reviews on.

I got to meet some wonderful Youtube Gurus,network with other friends and artist,and meet some fellow beauty bloggers!

In addition to blogging for the event,I recorded a video of James Vincent's presentation which I will soon post.

I also got to work at the Frend's Beauty Supply booth again (I also worked for them in the Premiere Orlando hair show)which was awesome,since they have some amazing Stillazi train and travel makeup/hair cases.

THE MAKEUP SHOW ORLANDO 2012 EXPERIENCE AND PHOTOS!

Hi Loves!

I must tell you all about my awesome opportunity I had to go to The Makeup Show Orlando!

It's a Pro industry event if you aren't familiar..They have seminars and different hands on classes if you choose to take them.

This was the first year they've had it in Orlando,normally it's in L.A.,NYC..

I suppose you could say it's a smaller scale version of IMATS L.A. which I've always wanted to go but haven't had the chance yet.

They had so many vendors and brands there;selling cosmetics and supplies at a 40-60% discount price,although some products weren't really marked down too much.

I solely went to SHOP!

I would've liked to take some of the seminars but most were sold out anyways.

I met up with a bunch of my fellow makeup artists friends,it was so much fun!

Sweet glamour makeup

M.A.C COSMETICS GLITTER AND ICE PARTY,HAUL AND REVIEW!

Yesterday I was invited to a private M.A.C Launch party,where you can preview,drink,eat,and buy the new collection before it comes out!

It was so much fun,my boyfriend and I went,and saw lots of friends there too.

They had yummy cocktails,featuring the new Smirnoff Marshmallow & Whipped cream vodka,mixed with marshmallow creme,and puffs...It tasted like dessert!

My boyfriend drank the snowcone drink,quite good also.

It was so packed,I could barely manage to move around,but still got some good pictures.

My lovely man ;)

I purchased 2 paint pots,3 mineralize shadows,2 liners,1 lipstick,1 dazzleglass,nail polish & beauty powder.

I would have to say my favorite things are the paint pots,and nail polish!

Let's skate paint pot is gorgeous..very sparkly and perfect for the holidays!

I love the technakohl liners also,very smooth and great for the waterline.

I will be doing a video review soon,so stick around.

M.A.C SEMI-PRECIOUS HAUL AND REVIEW

I was so excited when I got the new M.A.C collection!

I've been waiting awhile for new mineralize skinfinishes and shadows..

This is by far my favorite collection next to Quite Cute this year.

I got Clarity MES,Blue Sheen MES,Rare Find MES,Jade's Fortune MES,Dark Indulgence MES,all 4 brushes-which by the way,are AMAZING!,Warmth of Coral and Feeling Flushed blushes,Rose Quartz & Crystal Pink skinfinish,Mascara X,Lingering brow pencil,Graphblack liner,#7 lashes,and Unlimited Prolong lip creme.

I've worn Clarity and Blue Sheen,both of which has amazing pigmentation.

Clarity is more sparkly,and Blue Sheen is deep and smokey when applied with a damp brush.

M.A.C COSMETICS IN THE GROOVE HAUL AND REVIEW

M.A.C COSMETICS In the Groove Haulage & Review!

Hi ladies, So its been awhile since I've done a review..life & work has been so hectic!
This collection is wonderful..a great assortment of fun colours,and mineralize products too. I got some awesome goodies that I've been dying to tell you about!

For my haul,I got:
-By Candlelight MSF
-Style Influencer MES
-Togetherness MES
-Call my bluff l/s
-Hang Loose Mineralize blush
-Chillin' Cremesheen glass
-Going Casual Cremesheen glass
-Right Image Cremesheen glass

Let me start by saying that I'm a complete mineralize junkie.
I seriously think I need some skinfinish and blush intervention.
I'm so happy they repromoted Stereo Rose,as everyone has been lemming that for centuries since its last release centuries ago.
Sadly,it was sold out by the time I tried to get one..(teach ya to preorder,eh?) which was the same day of the launch!
I'll get my hands on one soon enough :)
Anyway,I loved the mineralize trio eyeshadows.
The unique thing about the new trios is they are not all shimmer.2 sides are more of a satin/matte finish and the middle is the one w/shimmer.
I love using the middle stripe wet as an eyeliner..looks fab!
I simply couldn't resist the urge for Hang Loose mineralize blush..pink and lavender...sign me up scotty!
The pink side is a nice satin finish with subtle shimmer and the lavender is a beautiful highlighter.
You can't forget By Candlelight..a soft golden pink highlighter,a tad bit warmer than Porcelain pink mineralize skinfinish..gives you a gorgeous glow from within. My favorite part of the collection though,had to be the Cremesheen Glass.
I thought Chillin' would be scary..like who would wear a blue lip gloss,realistically?
Much to my surprise,its fabulous!
Its almost white-clear with a soft pink iridescence. Right Image is a gorgeous pink,great to layer on top of Viva Glam Gaga.
Last but not least..Going casual..beautiful,soft lilac..looks amazing on top of Lavender Whip Cremesheen,paired with Hang Loose blush.
